Return Policy

Customers may return items purchased from Leather Craftings within 3 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
2. The packaging and product must not be damaged or used by the customer.
3. A return request must be initiated by contacting our customer service team at sales@leathercraftings.com within 3 days of receiving the item.
4. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment to TCS (or another designated shipping carrier).

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will initiate a refund or exchange as per the customer’s preference.

Please note:

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without prior authorization.
